Storage tank rehabilitation.
Gasontex Limited carried out the rehabilitation of three PMS and Slop Oil storage tanks for Port Harcourt Refining Company Limited (PHRCL) from 2022 to 2026. Work covered floor plate replacement, shell and roof repairs, scaffolding, and full recoating of the tanks.

Marine loading arms.
From supply to installation.
A recent procurement, with Gasontex Limited carrying out installation of Kanon marine and truck loading arms on behalf of Saipem and Daewoo for NLNG. The scope covers inspection, refurbishment and reinstatement of the loading arm assemblies and associated swivel joints, restoring full operational integrity.

Vendor-led training for our engineers and client operators, including Kanon-led instruction for Saipem and Daewoo teams on marine loading arm operation, Spirax Sarco steam-system training, and maintenance management training through JCCP, Japan.

Maintenance of electrical panels and control equipment across client sites, backed by our own tooling and consumables.
Chemical & materials supply
Supply of process chemicals and materials, including dyes, caustic soda and mono ethanolamine, to keep refinery operations running to spec.
